Keep the former housewife in house arrest if she don’t accept the conditions.

The former Postman in question don’t like to get a civil war in Myanmar.
All experts on Burma and Myanmar would agree, I presume.
Or it might be only the experts on Burma who would like to see a civil war i Myanmar.
Wise words to Aung San Suu Kyi:
Stay where you are if you don’t know where to go. Where ever you go there you are.
Remember, you have arrested this nations of Myanmar and Burma in the foreign media for 20 year, now being pensioner, take it easy and have a rest and work friendly with the people you could not beat. Don’t be stupid!
